Work Keys

What is the work keys assessment?

The Work Keys Assessment helps you measure the workplace skills that are related to job performance. Individuals who complete the three Work Keys Assessments – Applied Math, Graphic Literacy, and Workplace Documents will earn the National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC). You can earn an NCRC at the following levels: Platinum, Gold, Silver, or Bronze. Many employers use the NCRC levels when hiring and promoting. Some educational programs use the NCRC for admissions or scholarship criteria. Earning your NCRC is a great way to document your workplace skills.
