South Louisiana Community College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering for all transcript requests. The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order transcripts using any major credit or debit card and will only be charged after your order has been completed. There is base cost per transcript with a base per transaction processing fee. These fees are subject to change upon delivery method.

The Registrar's Office processes all requests for official transcripts for students who have attended South Louisiana Community College or Acadiana Technical College (formerly Louisiana Technical College) in Abbeville, Crowley, Franklin, Morgan City, New Iberia, Opelousas, St. Martinville, or Ville Platte. If you attended Morgan City prior to summer 2018 you will need to request your transcript from South Central Louisiana Technical College. We also process requests for transcripts for students who attended NEMSA through SoLAcc.
Transcript requests will be processed immediately after the order is received through the Clearinghouse; however, the processing time for students who have a Hold on their records, or students who attended ATC/LTC prior to 2004, is 2-5 business days minimum. You can check order status and history online to see the progress of your request form. To check your status, you will need the order ID for your request. You can locate the order ID in the emails sent to you by clearinghouse when you submitted your request. To check the status of your request, click here. If you select the delivery method hold for pickup, transcripts can be picked up ONLY at the Ardoin Building in Lafayette. The Registrar’s Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm Mondays through Fridays. One-day processing may not be applicable to students who attended ATC/LTC prior to 2004.
