The Office of Human Resources is here to help prospective, current, and retired faculty and staff. From the time of application through your employment and retirement, the HR staff is here to guide and assist you with:

In an effort to provide clear communication and transparency, the Human Resources Department is implementing a monthly "Asked and Answered" newsletter for the college community. The questions will be compiled throughout the month and on the first day of every month, a newsletter with the questions received will go out with the answers attached. There will be a couple of ways for you to get in your questions throughout the month and they are listed below:
- A blue card will be available at all SLCC forums, meetings and town halls where employees can grab a card and submit into the asked and answered box anonymously.
- You can submit questions to our SLCC "Asked and Answered" page under the Human Resources landing page.
Hopefully this is the start of some great dialogue and we hope to hear from you all when you have a question.

Benefits Information
Newly-hired faculty and staff are required to attend a scheduled new-hire benefits orientation session. Sessions are held on the last Friday of each month.
