SoLAcc's Chris Anthony Wins First Place at State-Level Pitch Competition

SoLAcc is proud to announce that one of its students earned top honors at the National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship (NACCE) State-Level Pitch Competition, held on March 19, 2026, during the SkillsUSA Louisiana State Competition.

chris anthony winner with other person and checkThe event featured eight Louisiana Community and Technical College System (LCTCS) students who advanced after winning their respective regional competitions. Among this talented group, SoLAcc was represented by two outstanding students.

Christopher Anthony was awarded First Place for his presentation, “CJ’s BBQ-N-STUFF Community Kitchen.” His innovative concept and strong delivery earned him the top prize of $7,500.

SoLAcc congratulates Christopher Anthony on this remarkable accomplishment and applauds all participating students for their dedication and excellence.
