The South Louisiana Community College (SLCC) awards program is an opportunity to publicly recognize outstanding engagement, significant contributions, and dedication to furthering the mission of SLCC. While it is impossible to recognize all the individual efforts that occur daily at SLCC, we want employees to know that their hard work and commitment are appreciated.

Welcome to Everyday Excellence Reward and Recognition! A key component of creating an engaged workforce is recognizing excellence and promoting colleague collaboration. This award program is designed to allow employees to nominate one another for recognition in the designated award categories. The program also includes Service Awards, and various other recognition opportunities.                                                                                                        

The success of this program depends on YOU!  Take this opportunity to recognize the high performance and achievement of those you work with each day, by setting aside a few moments to complete the online nomination form for each category.  Winners will be selected by a committee that reflects a cross-section of SLCC employees.

  

Service Recognition

As a symbol of appreciation for service, the college has implemented a Service Recognition Award. Recognition gifts will be awarded to employees beginning at the five years of cumulative regular service mark and every five-year milestone through 35 years and beyond.
