SoLAcc Faculty & Staff participated in Pull Up a Chair and Pie It Forward, an employee giving campaign, hosted last week at all our campuses.
Our college community came together to raise over $30,000, surpassing our stretch goal and setting a new record for the largest amount raised.
This achievement is a testament to the kindness, commitment, and generosity of our employees. We are grateful to everyone who participated, shared their ideas, and showed their support.
Campaign highlights:
- 49 first-time givers
- 3 new sustainer circle members:
- Collise Dupont (Executive Director of Enrollment Services)
- Tammie Moore (Franklin and Morgan City Campus Director)
- Dr. Carry DeAtley (Dean of Nursing and Allied Health)
- 1 brand-new employee
- 11 employees increased their giving
- Top giving departments: Facilities and Student Services
This financial support will fuel scholarships, emergency relief, employee initiatives, and other vital programs that enhance the SoLAcc experience.
