SLCC is excited to announce the launch of a late-start session in Automotive Technology. This is an 8-week cohort class that will be starting on March 9th at the Lafayette Campus.

This program is designed to provide students with the technical skills and knowledge necessary to work in the automotive industry, including maintenance, repair, and diagnostics of cars, trucks, and other vehicles.

The program consists of classroom instruction and hands-on experience in the college's state-of-the-art automotive lab. Students will learn from experienced faculty, gain practical experience with the latest industry technology, and earn credits towards a technical diploma and/or an Associate of Applied Sciences in Technical Studies.

To be eligible for the program, applicants must have a high school diploma or GED. Click to learn more about the Automotive Technology program.
