Registration is open for a new Small Business Boot Camp at South Louisiana Community College. The Small Business Boot Camp is a 2-week night course offered in Lafayette by SLCC’s Corporate College division for community members wanting to start their own business or expand their business skills.
In the course, students will learn about the environment of business, management, human resources, marketing, accounting, and how to write a business plan. Three resource books will be included in the $599 tuition.
“With the rapid growth of individuals becoming entrepreneurs, we’ve decided to start a Small Business Boot Camp to help expand their business knowledge. This Boot Camp will enhance the success of any small business,” stated Kala Marks, Workforce Training Coordinator for Healthcare and Business in SLCC’s Corporate College.
The Small Business Boot Camp will kick off on March 23, 2020. Seating is limited. Students can register online at bit.ly/BiZBOOT.
