Medical Assistant Program Information Session #2
You are invited to attend a Medical Assistant (MA) information session hosted. This session is free and open to anyone interested in starting a career in healthcare. MA graduates have careers in Outpatient Clinics, Ambulatory Care Facilities, Physician’s Offices, Urgent Care Clinics, and other Specialty Medical Offices.
The Medical Assistant program is transitioning from a 9-month program to a two-year program that begins each August. With this new curriculum, you will have multiple exit opportunities for employment before completion. Students are accepted into the program through an open admission process, following approval of background requirements. Graduates are eligible to sit for the National Certification exam for Certified Clinical Medical Assistant through NHA. The MA program is Financial Aid eligible.
It is mandatory that prospective students attend one MA information session. Attending the MA information session will give you an opportunity to learn about the program and ask any questions that you may have. Please make sure to submit the INFO SESSION FOLLOW UP form once the session ends to begin the process of enrolling in the MA Program. We hope to see you there!
