Our Civil Surveying and Mapping Technology program teaches you how to acquire, analyze, and manage land information with hands-on training. You'll get one-on-one instruction from professionals in the field who will help you learn and understand what it takes to be successful in the industry.

Career opportunities for surveyors are rising, especially as land values increase and the need to use natural resources efficiently becomes more critical. Additionally, recent advancements in mapping technologies have led to new uses for maps and a need for more of the data used to build maps. As a result, surveying and mapping technicians are expected to have more work.

Whether you want to work in construction, transportation, petroleum, local surveying companies, or government organizations, SoLAcc will prepare you for life as a survey and mapping technician after graduation.
