Dr. Vincent June, SLCC ChancellorWhether you’re interested in workforce training or preparing for your associate’s degree (or beyond), you’ve got a home at SoLAcc. We have campuses across Acadiana that have close-knit communities that encourage, challenge, and support you on your way to achieving your educational, professional and personal goals.

Our faculty members and staff are like an extended family, meaning you will receive the right amount of attention and support needed for your education and career success. Plus, with plenty of opportunities to get involved, you will make new friends — and new memories — as you prepare for a future of success.

Each program offered by SoLAcc was designed with your future in mind. Prepare for the workforce, polish your skills or earn college credits across areas of study including business, healthcare, education, industrial technology, and much more. Most of SoLAcc’s programs prepare students for the next step in their career in two years or less. Graduates are prepared to walk straight into the workforce or transfer earned credits to any four-year university in the country.

Our communities also look to SoLAcc when recruiting top talent. We give our students the skills they need to thrive, and then we teach them the techniques that assure businesses they’d be a perfect fit.
