Student Resources

Student resources for those who have a hearing, vision, and dexterity diagnosis can go to the following link for Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 to make your computer accessible with Ease of Access.

Students have access through their student e-mail to download Adobe Reader. If you have PDF files, the program will read the document.

SLCC students currently registered with Disability Services

To receive accommodation letters:

  • E-mail ADA counselor to request an accommodation letter.
  • Once your letter is received by e-mail, you will forward it to your instructor.

SLCC students that need to register with Disability Services

To receive accommodation letters:

  • E-mail ADA counselor to submit appropriate documentation of your documented disability and phone number to 
  • ADA Counselor will send you an application to complete.
  • ADA Counselor will communicate by phone or e-mail to explain the process for the application.
  • Send the completed application to
  • Upon completion of this process you will receive accommodation letters by e-mail, to submit to your instructors.
