Nondestructive Testing Technology

Are you determined to find results and never give up, endlessly test components to their breaking point, and make our world a safer place? 

Students in our Nondestructive Testing Technology program are prepared for employment in this field through specialized classroom instruction and practical experience as per The American Society of Nondestructive Testing standards.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Our Nondestructive Testing program teaches you about piping and pressure-containing equipment, manufacturing processes, and various testing techniques. You'll learn about:

  • Dye penetrant examinations
  • Magnetic particle examinations
  • Radiation safety
  • Radiography examinations
  • Ultrasonic examinations

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

Graduates work in various industries such as manufacturingpower generationconstructionaerospace and transportation. Many have gone on to become NDT Testers, Inspectors, and Supervisors.
